At TLC Cat Clinic, the health and safety of you and your feline buddy are our top priority. With the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we want our clients to understand that we've taken the following precautions to keep everybody safe and to help slow down the spread of COVID-19.These include:Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces multiple times per day (such as doorknobs, handles, light switches, and the bathroom) with hospital grade cleaner that kills COVID-19.
Washing our hands multiple times every day, after CDC recommendations. Providing access to hand sanitizer for many clients. Implementing a"no handshake principle," to reduce exposure for the safety of our employees and clients. Spock greetings are always welcome. Also, our staff will not come to work while ill. However, because we are a small clinic, if our staff does stay home sick, this may affect the number of appointments we could see in a day. We ask that you please be patient with us as we work to look after all our patients, clients, and personnel. If you're feeling under the weather or have had exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact us as soon as you can reschedule your friend's appointment to a time when you're feeling better or after the CDC's compulsory 14 days of quarantine.If you have any queries or concerns, please speak to one of our helpful staff members.
